Recently I spoke with a person that was very unhappy with their job and was looking to do something different. After listening to them for about 45 minutes I assumed they were really on the wrong path. I asked more regarding what experience that they had and what they were expert in. Again, the thing this person was experienced in as well as an expert in didn’t really turn them on.

Then we hit that ‘aha’ moment.

Maybe just maybe turning this person’s passion of playing violin as well as her passion for teaching could lead to an amazing future.
